Change your display's refresh rate

Logging out of the Mac App Store is fairly straightforward. First, launch the App Store on your Mac. It's located inside the Applications folder but can also be accessed via the Apple menu at the top left corner of your screen. Once in the App Store, look for the Store menu next Edit in the Mac menu bar. Click on Store then select Sign Out. Mac App Store is the simplest way to find and download apps for your Mac. To download apps from the Mac App Store, you need a Mac with OS X 10.6.6 or later. Testing conducted by Apple in October 2020 using preproduction 13-inch MacBook Pro systems with Apple M1 chip, 8GB of RAM, and 512GB SSD. The Apple TV app movie playback test measures battery life by playing back HD 1080p content with display brightness set to 8 clicks from bottom. Battery life varies by use and configuration.
