Visit RADIOBOSS.FM web site for more information.I appreciate all the replies, so thanks alot.
If possible I'd still like to access the WDFN site via Winamp, but if that's not possible I found a workaround.
I issued a 'SCHTASKS' command on WinXP Pro to start the web page below at the proper time.
http://www.wdfn.com/cc-common/streaming_new/index.html
It seems to start up fine without any need to go thru the web signon screen.
This is the command I used in case anyone else is interested.
SCHTASKS /Create /SC once /ST 21:16:00 /TN Wdfn /TR C:CmdfilesWdfn.cmd < C:CmdfilesEmpty.txt
The contents of Wdfn.cmd is listed below.
START 'Wdfn Script' /Min http://www.wdfn.com/cc-common/streaming_new/index.html
Empty.txt is an empty file to satisfy the prompt for a password. My WinXP account doesn't have a password associated with it.
I located this info to help allow it to work on a no password system.
In order to be able to do this on my single user, no
password system I must first allow Scheduled Tasks to be run without password as described here:
My initial idea was to issue a command to start up Winamp playing the online radio streaming audio and record it for listening at a later time. When the show finished, I would have to close the programs.
Thanks again for your help.
